For 1:1 Antenatal or Hypnobirthing courses I can be flexible, making it easy for you to access and schedule at a time that suits you.
Currently I can provide courses on most week day evenings, from 7:30pm onwards. Courses are best delivered in person and I have a welcoming, inlcusive and calming space for you to enjoy. If you would prefer to stay home we can discuss online sessions, or in person within your own space!
